Shipping and Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, each customer will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
  • Orders should be dispatched within 3-5 business days of placement. Each customer will receive a notification with a tracking code, once your order is dispatched. The status of the order can be checked at anytime using the tracking code.

  • The shipping time-frames and rates vary according to the delivery location and are indicated at check-out.
    • Shipping time-frames may be extended due to unforeseen events, such as customs delays.
    • Refunds will be provided if the order has not yet been dispatched and it is determined that delivery to the customer is not possible for any reason. 
    • Once the order is dispatched, customers will be notified and kept abreast of its status. Refunds will be provided after dispatch, only if the order cannot be delivered, except in cases where the address or contact number for the customer is incorrect.
